Relax your face...

Here in the big city of Los Angeles many of us are running around like crazy people trying get a million things done all the time.  And a lot of the time we are in our cars.  My boyfriend Tim told me the other day that while he was driving he realized that he was furrowing his brow and tensing his face.  Once he noticed the tension he intentionally relaxed his face.  He immediately felt better and more relaxed.
So as advice to myself and anyone needing it, take some deep breaths and relax your whole face.  You'll feel better.  :)

  1. I think that maybe living in the hectic city like Los Angeles is possibly why he had a stressful drive. When a city that is so overly populated and stressed out all the time it is bound to be a very stressful life.
    If everyone would just slow down and smell the roses and all the other flowers, everyone would be a lot less stressed. Just one less person being and feeling stressed would make a huge difference in the world.

  2. I listen to podcasts on my ipod while I drive or audio books. They transport you out of traffic, and it's not as much of a waste of time. No squinchy face!
